1:20 p.m. - University Police responded to a call from a faculty member in Kindlon Hall who was having trouble with a student. The student left the classroom without permission and attempted to re-enter the classroom. The instructor refused the student entry and the student began to hyperventilate at which time the faculty member contacted University Police, who then responded and the matter between the faculty member and the student will be resolved at the academic level.

2:30 p.m. - A student came to the University Police office to report that she was being harassed and cyber stalked by her brother who has no known address. The investigation revealed that inappropriate text messages were not being received on Benedictine University property. However, the student was transported by University Police to the Wheaton Police Department to file a report.

2:52 p.m. - University Police were called to Kindlon Hall on a report that an older male subject who appeared disheveled and did not appear to have business at the University. Police officers made contact with the subject who was in fact utilizing the University Library as a reciprocal agreement with a municipal library. The subject was reminded to stay in the library and conduct his business there and not to wander the halls.

1:15 a.m. - While University Police were on patrol in Founders Woods, officers observed a number of unidentified males running through the Founders Woods parking lot. Further investigation revealed that someone walking or jumping on the roof of a truck had dented the roof belonging to an Anderson Hall resident. No suspects were identified. The matter will be turned over to the student's insurance company.
