BU Clothing Drive
Brought to campus by Knights of Columbus, BU will be holding a "Spring Cleaning Clothing Drive" from Monday, March 15 through Friday, March 19. Donation boxes will be placed in main buildings.
Summer 2010 Short Term Study Abroad
The Department of Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University is offering four new study abroad opportunities in Summer of 2010. These are short term opportunities and all are three credit courses open to both undergraduate and graduate students. Destinations include Barcelona/San Sebastian, Spain; Newcastle, England; Hyderabad, India and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
To apply, please fill out an application located on the departments web site. The application deadline is April 1. Any questions can be directed to Michelle L. Champoir at 216-368-5377.
20th Annual Health Professions Fair
Sponsored by AMSA, Tri-Beta Club and ACS will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 in first floor hallway of Birck Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Representatives from many professional schools will share information on a variety of health professions offered by their school. For additional information, please feel free to contact the department at 630-829-6232.
BU Recognized for Community Service
700 colleges and universities, has recently been named to the 2009 President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll - the highest federal recognition for a university to receive for its commitment to volunteering, service-learning and civic engagement.
