02/21/10
2:20 a.m. - University Police were conducting a walkthrough of Ondrak Hall at which time determined that several females were present in the male dorm after visitation hours. Further investigation revealed a non-resident juvenile was unconscious and could not be revived. Paramedics were called. It was determined the juvenile was intoxicated and the matter was resolved with the victims parents. The resident of the room was issued a $50 citation for alcohol violation.

9:30 a.m. - University Police were informed of a male in a Jaeger Hall shower room. Investigation revealed that the non-student male and the female who invited the guest was in violation of visitation regulation. The male student was only clad in a towel as he exited the female bathroom. The male was issued a trespass notice and the female resident was issued a citation for visitation violation.

12:30 p.m. - University Police responded to a Founders Woods apartment for a verbal domestic dispute and possible child abandon in an unattended motor vehicle. University Police were able to determine that no physical violence had occurred. All parties involved were asked to seek anger management. It was determined that the child was not in jeopardy since the mother was in close proximity to the vehicle.

11:20 p.m. - University Police responded to a Jaeger call in regards to a sick student. Investigation revealed that two residents of Jaeger hall ingested marijuana at an undisclosed location on campus. One of the residents required hospitalization for a drug overdose or a pre-existing medical condition, which may have been agitated by the ingestion of the marijuana. The investigation continues along with criminal charges in an effort to determine where the students obtained the marijuana and if it was supplied on campus.
