Album Review

Last week, the King of R & B released his latest album since his name was freed from years of court cases and scandals. R. Kelly is back with, "Untitled," and it shows that R. Kelly has moved on from Kells back to the original king of R&B.
R. Kelly's new hit album includes 15 songs with features artists such as Tyrese, The Dream, Robin Thicke and Keri Hilson. It is safe to say that R. Kelly is back at the top of the music industry with this album because it was anticipated for over a year and I would say that he didn't disappoint.
I am a huge R. Kelly fan and some people may not like him because of swirling things around his name, but he is a good musician and you can't deny his musical talents and success. Kells is the only man I know who can make a song about love, switch to hip-hop and then carry out a song with a gospel tune.
He is without a doubt one of the most famous and talented artists to grace this earth and he has been in the music industry for quite some time, but neither he nor his music has changed.
R. Kelly has always been known as the king of R & B, but now it's solidified. Before the release of his album, there was some uncertainty on the album name. He was unsure of what to call it because for quite some time, the title of the album was called, "12 Play Quarter."
Obviously, he didn't want that as the title of his cd title, but he uses that phrase during multiple songs on the album. I think one of the reasons why he changed the name was a result of people getting a hold of his original album. There were several reports about his album and how people were able to download majority of his un-released songs.
In my opinion, this led to the development of new songs and the change of the album title. I am definitely pleased with his album; I felt it was well done despite his legal problems over the past couple of years, which nearly cost him his life to prison.
This past summer, his name was freed from any type of wrongful doing and he returned back to his throne. This album reminds me of the old R. Kelly. When I get older, I can say that I had the opportunity to hear and own R. Kelly's music. People may or may not like him, but we are living amongst a great, perhaps one of the greatest of all-time.
"Untitled," is one of the better albums R. Kelly has produced. It's includes hit singles that need to be heard, especially by R. Kelly fans. I'm happy for R. Kelly because he was able to reclaim his life, name and make his first good cd after years of wondering if he would ever be able to do what he loves the most in his life; music.
