11/23/09
5:10 a.m. - While on patrol, University Police observed an attempted break-in to the University Powerhouse, behind the Coal Ben. It appeared no entry was made. Only slight damage to a window was made.

1:30 p.m. - University Police responded to a disturbance in Neuzil Hall. Upon further investigation, two students were arguing over erroneous comments made on a Facebook account, that one student took offense with. Officers were able to resolve the situation.

1:07 a.m. - While University Police were on Patrol in the Founders Woods courtyard, officers identified a non-student, which University Police had been seeking in an attempt to trespass onto the apartments. The non-student had been staying with student residents beyond the limits of what a guest would stay. As a non-student, he physically trespassed and warned that he would be arrested the next time he returns back to campus.

4:46 am- University Police observed on the Jaeger Hall entrance surveillance camera, a female student that appeared to be severely physically impaired while walking into the building. Further investigation revealed that the student was in violation of the visitation policy by having male guests in Jaeger after hours, who were also impaired. Two non-students visitors were trespassing and the resident student was issued a citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor.
